Your role involves working on cutting, welding, bending, and assembling sheet metal or structural steel parts while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.3. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the fabrication, assembly, and fitting of mechanical components and structures.</li><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.</li><li>Assist in preparing material cutting lists and production schedules.</li><li>Monitor fabrication processes like welding, machining, drilling, and finishing.</li><li>Work with production and quality teams to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances.</li><li>Assist in maintaining workshop tools, machines, and safety equipment.</li><li>Prepare daily production reports and help track project progress.</li><li>Learn and implement welding codes (ASME, AWS) and safety standards.</li><li>Support inspection and testing of fabricated items before dispatch.</li></ul>4. Required Skills<ul><li>Basic knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, welding, bending, rolling).</li><li>Familiarity with engineering drawings and GD&amp;T.</li><li>Understanding of welding symbols, materials (MS, SS, aluminum), and fabrication tools.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to workshop practices and measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks for layout and fabrication drawings.</li><li>Knowledge of production planning and quality assurance procedures.</li><li>Teamwork, attention to detail, and safety awareness.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our Supa manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth plant operations, minimize downtime, and lead a skilled team with efficiency and accountability.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery, utilities, and plant equipment.</li><li>Ensure maximum uptime and smooth functioning of production machinery.</li><li>Lead, train, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.</li><li>Maintain logs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to plan maintenance activities without interrupting operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for servicing and spare procurement.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving maintenance initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plant or industrial maintenance (preferably in fabrication or manufacturing units).</li><li>Strong knowledge of cranes, compressors, electrical systems, fabrication and PEB machinery.</li><li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage teams, plan preventive maintenance, and handle breakdowns efficiently.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,964.97 - &#8377;65,987.77 per monthWork Location: In person
