Job Title: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) Department: Engineering / Production / Quality / Design / Process Location: Pillaipakkam (Sriperumbudur) Reports To: Line Manager / SupervisorJob OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineering Trainees (GETs) to join our team. This role offers fresh engineering graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and structured training across multiple departments in the automotive wiring harness manufacturing process.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction &amp; Process Engineering<ul><li>Support production lines in harness assembly, crimping, and testing processes.</li><li>Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Assist in analyzing process failures and implementing corrective actions.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Testing<ul><li>Understand and support testing procedures such as continuity and insulation resistance.</li><li>Participate in defect analysis and root cause identification.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong technical fundamentals in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Basic knowledge of wiring harness systems, connectors, terminals, and crimping methods.</li><li>Familiarity with CAD tools (added advantage).</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in teams, with adaptability and eagerness to learn.</li><li>Basic understanding of automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.) preferred.</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>B.E. / B. Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.</li><li>Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the automotive wiring industry.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
