Job Title: Asst. General Manager - Quantity SurveyorExperience Required: 18 - 25 years in infrastructure projects, specifically Hydro/PSP/Dam.About the Company: Dhristi Cost Solutions LLP (DCS) is a leading firm of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Consultants, known for its extensive expertise in managing a wide range of projects including high-rise residential, commercial, corporate interiors, critical facilities, infrastructure, hotels, and hospitals.Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asst. General Manager - Quantity Surveyor to lead our Quantity Surveying department at H.O. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in Hydro/PSP/Dam project construction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can manage complex projects, drive cost-efficiency, and ensure high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Lead and manage the quantity surveying team at H.O.&middot; Coordinate with QS teams deployed at various projects site locations.&middot; Oversee the preparation of budgets, cost plans, and estimates for all projects.&middot; Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work completed, managing all financial aspects.&middot; Collaborate with our QS teams and project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.&middot; Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and suppliers.&middot; Review and approve final accounts and contract closures.&middot; Monitor project progress and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.&middot; Develop and implement cost control strategies to maximize efficiency.&middot; Mentor and develop junior quantity surveyors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.&middot; A master&rsquo;s degree or professional certifications (e.g., RICS) would be advantageous.&middot; 18+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant experience in Infra projects.&middot; Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams.&middot; Excellent knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement processes.&middot; Strong negotiation and communication skills.&middot; Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.&middot; Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,500,000.00 - &#8377;2,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
