Responsibilities -<ul><li>Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.</li><li>Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.</li><li>Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.</li><li>Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.</li><li>Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).</li><li>Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).</li><li>Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.</li><li>Supporting admin team with administrative tasks as needed.</li><li>Assisting in the planning of company events.</li><li>Desired Candidate Profile</li><li>Any graduate with English fluency is must required.</li><li>Basic knowledge on Human resource management and labor laws.</li></ul>Skills and qualifications -<ul><li>Any bachelor degree with specialization in HR or related field.</li><li>A genuine interest in developing a career in HR</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong administrative and organisational skills</li><li>The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner</li><li>A willingness to travel throughout India on occasion</li><li>The ability to work as part of a team, with good attention to details.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Chennai - 600096, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectation?</li><li>When will you be available to join?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>HR: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
