We are seeking 5-7 years experienced and proactive <b>HR Manager</b> to oversee and manage all human resource functions, including performance management, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><div><b>
1. Performance Management (PMS) &amp; Appraisal:</b></div><ul><li>
Design, implement, and manage the <b>Performance Management System (PMS)</b>.</li><li>
Drive the <b>annual appraisal process</b>, ensuring transparency and fairness.</li><li>
Collaborate with department heads to align performance goals with business objectives.</li></ul><div><b>
2. Payroll &amp; Taxation:</b></div><ul><li>
Oversee the <b>monthly payroll process</b> ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.</li><li>
Handle <b>TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory deductions</b> as per government norms.</li><li>
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and tax filings.</li></ul><div><b>
3. Compliance &amp; Policy Implementation:</b></div><ul><li>
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including <b>POSH</b>, <b>Shops &amp; Establishment Act</b>, <b>Maternity Benefit Act</b>, and <b>annual returns</b>.</li><li>
Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and compliance documentation.</li><li>
Liaise with legal and audit teams for timely submission of reports.</li></ul><div><b>
4. Employee Relations &amp; Management:</b></div><ul><li>
Handle <b>employee grievances</b> and resolve workplace issues effectively.</li><li>
Maintain a healthy and productive work environment through engagement initiatives.</li><li>
Manage employee records, attendance, and performance data.</li></ul><div><b>
5. HR Operations:</b></div><ul><li>
Supervise onboarding, induction, and exit processes.</li><li>
Track and analyze HR metrics like attrition, attendance, and performance trends.</li><li>
Provide guidance and support to the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
MBA /MCom in HR or related field.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of <b>HR compliance, labor laws, and payroll management</b>.</li><li>
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho, Business Central)</li><li>
Hands-on experience in <b>PMS</b>, <b>employee grievance handling</b>, and <b>policy formulation</b>.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Must Have</b></h3><ul><li>
Must have experience in HR software implementation or have been part of an implementation.</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel</li><li>
Proactive approach toward timely completion of tasks</li><li>
