We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer specialized exclusively in plumbing systems for residential projects. The role covers plumbing design, technical office responsibilities, site supervision, and final handover, with full ownership of all plumbing-related works from design to execution and acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Design residential plumbing systems including cold &amp; hot water supply, drainage, vent, and stormwater systems.</li><li>
Prepare, review, and approve plumbing shop drawings.</li><li>
Prepare and review BOQs and technical specifications related to plumbing works.</li><li>
Review and approve plumbing material submittals and suppliers.</li><li>
Supervise on-site execution of plumbing works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to resolve clashes and technical issues.</li><li>
Conduct and approve plumbing tests (pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing).</li><li>
Perform sectional, final, and handover inspections for plumbing works.</li><li>
Review and approve as-built drawings.</li><li>
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Building Code and relevant local standards.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience specifically in residential plumbing works.</li><li>
Proven experience in technical office (design &amp; shop drawings) and site supervision.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and Saudi Building Code requirements.</li><li>
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).</li><li>
Strong inspection, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
Preferred:
<ul><li>Experience with villas, apartment buildings, or multi-unit residential developments.</li><li>
Background in real estate development or contracting companies.</li></ul></div>
