We have an immediate full-time opening for a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Associate.Qualifications required:&gt; Applicant must have a professional and polite personality in-person and on the telephone&gt; Applicant must be capable of operating a multi-line telephone system&gt; Applicant must have strong reading, writing and math skills&gt; Applicant must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment&gt; Applicant must be proficient in basic computer skills and have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel&gt; Applicant will be required to learn our Point of Sale System and Warehouse Management SystemResponsibilities include:&gt; Greeting customers in-person and on the phone&gt; Handling driver delivery paperwork&gt; Filing miscellaneous paperwork and reports&gt; Performing various data entry functions&gt; Responding to internal and external correspondences&gt; Assisting sales staff with customer ordersJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personPay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
