We are looking for a highly capable and strategic sales leader to drive our Off-Trade channel performance, lead multi-layered sales teams, and shape the future of our commercial success.
Key Responsibilities<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Strategic Planning &amp; Performance Management</h2><ul><li>
Define and drive internal targets for market share, distribution, and channel performance in line with company objectives (in compliance with competition law).</li><li>
Develop, implement, and supervise robust sales plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure delivery of business goals.</li><li>
Ensure efficient and effective utilization of trade and marketing budgets within agreed limits.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Leadership &amp; Organization Effectiveness</h2><ul><li>
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Managers to build a high-performance culture.</li><li>
Drive organizational effectiveness through strong people management, including talent acquisition, capability development, and succession planning.</li><li>
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the sales organization.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Commercial &amp; Analytical Excellence</h2><ul><li>
Continuously monitor and analyze operational performance data to generate actionable insights and accurate forecasts.</li><li>
Deliver quarterly and annual performance reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.</li><li>
Translate business results and market insights into clear action plans.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Channel &amp; Market Strategy</h2><ul><li>
Actively contribute to the development of channel strategies by providing accurate and timely market and customer feedback.</li><li>
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure effective execution of commercial plans.</li><li>
Lead the development of competitive strategies and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory frameworks.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Cross-Functional Collaboration</h2><ul><li>
Ensure seamless coordination between Sales and other business functions to drive integrated business outcomes.</li><li>
Act as a key interface between field operations and central teams, aligning execution with strategic priorities.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Field Excellence</h2><ul><li>
Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective execution, team alignment, and adherence to company standards.</li><li>
Identify improvement opportunities in execution and implement corrective actions where needed.</li></ul><div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including managing managers</li><li>
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities</li><li>
Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution</li><li>
Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking</li><li>
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights, analytics, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>
High level of planning, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office tools</li><li>
Fluent in English</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel</li></ul><div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
