About the role
<ul><li>Ensure that the assigned off-trade points are visited regularly and systematically according to the planned route schedule through the team, taking orders and delivering company sales, availability, and product mix targets.</li><li>
Monitor that the products ordered by the team are delivered accurately and on time within your scope of responsibility. Lead the collection process in outlets causing payment delays and ensure timely, consistent collections.</li><li>
Ensure and supervise that Diageo products are placed and displayed in accordance with standards and in line with customer demand at points of sale, through business development activities carried out by the team.</li><li>
Communicate and implement periodic campaigns to points of sale within the area of responsibility via the team, in line with company plans and targets.</li><li>
Conduct and finalize agreement negotiations with outlets within the responsible region, in full compliance with company criteria and competition law regulations.</li><li>
Work in a quality- and customer-focused manner in line with the company vision; report customer and outlet complaints to relevant departments promptly and follow up on the resolution process; monitor product shelf life and quality, ensuring proper stock rotation.</li><li>
Regularly analyze market developments and create growth opportunities by sharing identified improvement areas and solution proposals with line managers.</li><li>
Ensure full compliance with all legal requirements, company policies, and ethical standards, especially competition law.</li></ul>
Experience / skills required
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a university,</li><li>
Proficiency in English,</li><li>
At least 5 years of experience in sales and distribution within the FMCG sector,</li><li>
Experience in team management and leadership,</li><li>
Target-driven with the ability to maintain motivation in challenging situations,</li><li>
Strong adaptability and communication skills, able to work with diverse internal and external customer profiles,</li><li>
Strong planning and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset,</li><li>

About the role
We are looking for Laboratory Specialist to join our team at our Bilecik Factory. The ideal candidate will ensure the creation of warehouses for quality control, reporting, and records of raw materials, packaging materials, auxiliary features, semi-finished products, and finished products in accordance with company rules, legal requirements, local and global standards and quality plans. Maintaining the control and continuity of the Quality Food Safety management system in the factory where the company works.
Role Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform analyses of all types of materials and substances, such as raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, etc., according to experimental instructions and technical specifications.</li><li>
Inform the supervisor and initiate corrective actions when nonconformities are detected in the analysis results of samples analyzed in the laboratory, and follow up on the process.</li><li>
Check the compliance of all parameters affecting product quality.</li><li>
Handle customer complaints, analyze and control non-compliant products, participate in root cause analysis studies, and conduct product, defect, and statistical studies.</li><li>
Perform statistical analysis and error analysis related to the analyses and controls conducted.</li><li>
Participate in necessary activities for establishing the HACCP Food Safety System in the factory and perform required checks to ensure the continuity of the system.</li><li>
Conduct periodic GMP field inspections (e.g., GMP audits, FSSC 22000 field audits), initiate corrective actions for identified nonconformities, and follow up on the process.</li><li>
Participate in projects related to quality, food safety, and other topics.</li></ul>
Experience / skills required<ul><li>
Associate degree (2-year) in Chemistry, Food Technology, Laboratory, or a related field</li><li>
Preferably 0&ndash;3 years of experience in laboratory analysis or quality control</li><li>
Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and analytical methods</li><li>
Familiarity with quality and food safety systems such as HACCP and GMP is an asset</li><li>
Experience in handling non-conforming products and supporting corrective actions is a plus</li><li>
Basic understanding of data recording, reporting, and simple statistical analysis</li><li>
Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility in following procedures and instructions</li><li>
