We&rsquo;re looking for Debt Settlement Sales Agents to join our growing team!In this role, you&rsquo;ll connect with individuals seeking financial relief, guide them through customized debt settlement solutions, and close deals that truly make a difference. You&rsquo;ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your performance directly impacts your success and income.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and convert them into potential customers.</li><li>Handle inbound leads from people already interested in financial solutions &mdash; and turn them into satisfied clients.</li><li>Build trust and rapport quickly while understanding each customer&rsquo;s financial situation.</li><li>Present debt settlement and consolidation options, negotiating favorable terms.</li><li>Overcome objections and close deals confidently over the phone.</li><li>Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proven sales experience track record in closing deals, lead management, or customer acquisition.</li><li>Experience in debt consolidation or settlement sales is a strong plus.</li><li>Fluency in English (near-native level, no accent).</li><li>Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.</li><li>Tech setup required: Reliable PC, wired internet (LAN), and headset.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure.</li><li>Remote work flexibility.</li><li>Supportive team and growth-oriented culture.</li><li>Continuous sales training and performance coaching</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From E&pound;18,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 45 per week
