</b></p><ul><li>Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist residents throughout all aspects of the dining experience.
</li><li>Provide customer service to residents to allow high level of resident satisfaction while serving meals.
</li><li>Set tables for upcoming meals and reset for the following meal.
</li><li>Inform residents what foods are available on the day&rsquo;s menu.
</li><li>Address residents by name and their food beverage likes and dislikes.
</li><li>Prepare beverages before meals and serve beverage of choice to each resident.
</li><li>Keep water glasses and coffee cups and/or carafes filled.
</li><li>Clear tables, as needed, throughout meal and bus tables after the meal is finished.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, community operations and personnel.
</li><li>Report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as assigned
</li></ul><p><b>Education, Experience and Other Requirements
</b></p><ul><li>Must be age 16 or older
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language
</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
</b></p><ul><li>Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
</li><li>Follow state food-handling and kitchen regulations
</li><li>Operation of basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn.
</li></ul><ul><li>Working 3-3.75 hours per shift standing, walking, and moving about without the need to sit down

</b></p><ul><li>Welcomes, determines nature of business, directs, registers, and announces all guests and visitors to appropriate personnel or Resident/Member.
</li><li>Provides continual face-to-face communication with residents/families as a source of information for all community activities, events, policies, and procedures.
</li><li>Takes transportation requests, maintains transportation log and drives as needed.
</li><li>Answers multiline telephone system to accept incoming calls determine purpose of callers, and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
</li><li>Responds to emergency situations and is the point of contact in all emergency situations.
</li><li>Makes reservations and maintains schedules for Guest Suites. Ensures room readiness for guests. Checks guests in and out.
</li><li>Receives payments rent fees, Guest Suites, activities, and events as well as services and products.
</li><li>Receives mail and packages and ensures they are distributed accurately and timely.
</li><li>Updates and maintains resident/family emergency list and contact information as changes occur.
</li><li>Processes clubhouse reservations for private events and guest suites.
</li><li>Receives requests for maintenance and housekeeping services.
</li><li>Performs any necessary administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, typing, data entry, envelope stuffing, addressing, or stamping.
</li><li>Ensures reception area and Clubhouse are kept neat and clean.
</li><li>Notifies Director when items need to be ordered, received, and maintained office and kitchen supplies.
</li><li>Assists with activities/events as needed.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned.

</b></p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED
</li><li>Previous experience as concierge or providing resident services
</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age

</li><li>Empty trash in all the common areas including the office, kitchen, and resident trash rooms.
</li><li>Assist in the kitchen with serving meals, washing dishes and other duties, as assigned.
</li><li>Ensure that storage and housekeeping areas are kept clean and orderly.
</li><li>Should an emergency evacuation arise, assist with leading residents to safe areas.
