Job Title: Accounts Manager -Manufacturing ProcessLocation: MohaliJob Type: Full-TimeSalary : Rs. 20,000 - 50,000/monthAbout the Role:We are seeking an Accounts Professional with strong experience in manufacturing process setup and cost accounting. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting functions, implementing cost-control measures, and ensuring smooth financial operations aligned with the company&rsquo;s manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.</li><li>Set up and monitor accounting processes specific to manufacturing, including BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP (Work in Progress), and inventory valuation.</li><li>Maintain cost sheets, product costing, and variance analysis for manufacturing activities.</li><li>Support in establishing processes for raw material procurement, consumption tracking, and finished goods costing.</li><li>Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&amp;L statements, and balance sheets for management review.</li><li>Work with production and operations teams to align financial tracking with manufacturing workflows.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Assist in implementing ERP/Accounting systems for manufacturing.</li><li>Conduct internal audits, stock audits, and maintain accurate documentation.</li><li>Suggest process improvements to enhance financial control and cost efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/ICWA preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2+ years in a manufacturing setup.</li><li>Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and process accounting in manufacturing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar).</li><li>Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with production/operations teams and streamline financial processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience in setting up accounting processes for a new manufacturing unit.</li><li>Exposure to automation and digital tools for finance.</li><li>Knowledge of Zoho Finance Suite</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to relocate in Mohali ?</li><li>What is your school education board ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
