<div><div>Schedule</div>
<ul><li>
Full Time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)</li><li>
Day shift only</li><li>
No weekends
</li><li>Fixed schedule/no on-call</li></ul>

<div><div>Key Responsibilities</div>
</div>
<div><ul><li>Prepare and set up dialysis machines prior to treatment sessions.
</li><li>Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures, which may include:
<ul><li>Accessing temporary vascular access
</li><li>Cannulating permanent vascular access
</li><li>Administering anticoagulants, topical anesthetics, or normal saline (as permitted by local regulations)
</li></ul></li><li>Monitor and accurately document patient treatment data in the medical record.
</li><li>Reinforce training and educational content as provided by other healthcare team members.
</li><li>Adhere to approved quality control procedures when assisting with hemodialysis treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse.
</li><li>Provide patient care with compassion, professionalism, and without discrimination.
</li><li>Ensure that informed consent is obtained and properly documented prior to initiating procedures.
</li><li>Collaborate and assist other healthcare team members as needed or requested.
</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by supervisory staff.</li></ul>

<div><div>Requirements</div>
</div>
<div><ul><li>Must hold a valid CCHT or CHT certification
</li><li>In the states of Ohio, Maryland, and Kentucky, a valid Dialysis Technician (DT) certification is also required in addition to the CCHT/CHT
</li><li>BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association required); and
</li><li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required
</li><li><i>This is a safety sensitive position</i></li></ul>
