Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and submit client bills/invoices based on project progress, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and contract terms.</li><li>Reconcile quantities and verify work executed on-site with contractors and subcontractors.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to collect and validate work progress data.</li><li>Ensure billing is aligned with contract agreements and project timelines.</li><li>Track and manage variations and change orders, and incorporate them into billing documents.</li><li>Liaise with the accounts and finance departments for timely submission and clearance of invoices.</li><li>Maintain documentation of all billing-related records for audit and internal reference.</li><li>Assist in preparing cost estimates and budget tracking.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.</li><li>Review and verify subcontractor bills and certification of payments.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports related to billing and cost tracking.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in billing and quantity surveying in the construction industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, BOQ preparation, and contract billing procedures.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software such as ERP.</li><li>Excellent numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Shillong, Meghalaya: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary?</li><li>Expected Salary?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Billing: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
