Part-time, in-person position in San Francisco.<ul><li>Able to walk up one flight of stairs, sit at a desk, stand to greet clients, and occasionally lift about 30 pounds.</li></ul>ROLE: Supporting the four verticals of the Diamond Wellness brand: 1) (Diamond Pain Relief &amp; Wellness) Pain relief &amp; wellness therapeutic services 2) (The Diamond Method&reg;) Clinical continuing education 3) (IreneDiamond.com) Business success coaching 4) (TeamCare&trade;) Corporate wellness programs.[perplexity]​Schedule and location<ul><li>In-person at our San Francisco clinic in the Marina District</li><li>Shifts are shared between two people and include:</li><li>Mondays and Wednesdays: 10:30 am&ndash;3:00 pm or 3:00&ndash;8:15 pm</li><li>Either Saturdays or Sundays: 10:30 am&ndash;6:15 pm</li><li>Possible Fridays: 11:00 am&ndash;5:00 pm</li><li>Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time for the right long-term teammate.</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll do (all 4 verticals)<ul><li>Serve as the welcoming front-desk presence of Diamond Wellness while also supporting our online education, coaching, and corporate programs.</li><li>Manage outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building to generate new local and national business across all four verticals.</li><li>Use ethical, consultative sales to enroll clients into therapy plans, products, memberships, high-value programs, and events (no hard-pressure tactics).</li><li>Follow our proven scripts and processes reliably, and also think strategically to spot new opportunities, refine messaging, and improve results across all four verticals.[skool]​</li><li>Create brand-aligned marketing content and assets:</li><li>Social media posts, email campaigns, web and sales page copy</li><li>Graphics in Canva and videos edited with modern tools (e.g., iMovie, Adobe, or similar)</li><li>Support day-to-day operations and projects: scheduling, intake, filing, billing, data entry, events, and special projects.</li><li>Handle basic facility maintenance (tidy front area, sweeping, light cleaning, simple upkeep) to keep the clinic welcoming and professional.</li></ul>How you sell and think<ul><li>You are comfortable using and honoring our proven scripts, frameworks, and processes, ensuring consistent and scalable results and improvements.</li><li>You also bring creative thinking: you notice patterns, suggest tests, and see where a small tweak to copy, offer framing, or follow-up sequence can increase conversions and retention.[skool]​</li><li>You resonate with and ideally already know the work of Chet Holmes (Dream 100), Travis Sago (simple, conversational high-ticket selling), Jay Abraham (Too many important elements to list here), and Alex Hormozi (CLOSER-style consultative sales). skilled at writing subject lines and emails that get opened.</li><li>Use AI prompts to support complex tasks and projects, while still doing your own thinking and judgment.</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented;
