About UsWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Data Entry Officer to assist the Workshop Manager with daily administrative, accounting, and clerical tasks in our jewellery workshop.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the Workshop Manager with daily office and administrative work.</li><li>Enter and maintain accurate workshop, inventory, and production records.</li><li>Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Perform basic accounting and data entry tasks.</li><li>Organize physical and digital records.</li><li>Coordinate with workshop and office staff.</li><li>Perform other duties assigned by management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).</li><li>Previous experience in accounting, administration, or data entry.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Basic accounting knowledge.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Supportive work environment.</li><li>Training and career growth opportunities.</li><li>Benefits as per Qatar Labour Law.</li></ul>Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Office: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Jewellery Industry: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
