Responsibilities<ul><li>Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms</li><li>Film and edit short-form content such as reels, product features, and lifestyle clips</li><li>Highlight new product drops, promotions, and in-store experiences</li><li>Develop creative ideas for posts that align with the brand&rsquo;s luxury image</li><li>Manage posting schedule and maintain consistent social media activity</li><li>Interact with followers and help grow the brand&rsquo;s online community</li><li>Stay up to date with social media trends and cannabis marketing trends</li><li>Budtender - Educate and guide customers through their cannabis product selection process</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience creating social media content (portfolio preferred)</li><li>Strong skills in video editing, photography, and short-form content creation</li><li>Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and trending social formats</li><li>Ability to shoot content in-store and around NYC</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to brand aesthetics</li><li>Knowledge of cannabis culture is a plus (must be 21+)</li><li>Experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay or monthly retainer (based on experience)</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a new cannabis dispensary</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Creative freedom to help shape the brand&rsquo;s digital identity</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
