This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in accuracy.If you and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding position, we encourage you to submit your cover letter and resume.Essential Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>Exceptional organizational skills and ability to analyze information efficiently</li><li>Extraordinary detail analytics and ability to review information thoroughly</li><li>Can work independently or in a group</li><li>Processes checks and reconciles monthly bank statements, inputs payments, prepares reports, and reconciles the bank statement</li><li>Communicating with clients via phone, email and in person to conduct interviews and field questions</li><li>Updates accounting binders on a monthly basis</li><li>Process Social Security &amp; OPM Pension Payments, audit financial and tax work papers</li><li>Attending meetings alongside the Lawyer and taking accurate notes on proceedings</li><li>Organizing documents for court filing and record-keeping</li><li>Proofread legal documents</li><li>Maintaining client confidentiality and privacy</li><li>Maintains files and prepares records for scanning and archiving</li><li>Assists with processing, balancing, and distributing monthly financial statements.</li><li>Bank, court, and post office travel</li><li>Performs other related duties, as assigned</li></ul>This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their career in the legal field while contributing to a supportive team environment.Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Describe a time you had to manage multiple deadlines.
