 To be resposible and accountable for the daily clinic facility management, in order to achive best results in clinical and financial outcomes. and act as the point of contact with clinic external parties as well as HQ.</div><br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Implementation of and compliance with all Diaverum policies &amp; procedures</li>
<li>Ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment
</li><li>Participate in all clinic audits and implement approved action plans
</li><li>Ensure clinic compliance with required Diaverum reports, and any country specific regulatory reports
</li><li>Ownership of clinic as a facility to ensure tidiness that represents Diaverum</li>
<li>Clinic activities related to labor management: cleaners, security, and maintenance</li>
<li>Ensures availability of necessary clinic supplies in coordination with the HN</li>
<li>Management of product consumption
</li><li>Inventory management of supplies and medications
</li><li>Maintenance of equipment and utilities including housekeeping
</li><li>Ensure accuracy of billing reports (Billing); finalize all billing requirement by 3rd working day.</li>
<li>Responsible for petty cash usage in the clinic</li>
<li>Ensure accurate inventory records</li>
<li>Respect all accounting deadlines that relates to physical inventory count both month end and year end, delivery note/MRN on time submission, and claim processing.</li>

Your key roles and responsibilities</b></div>

<li>Work within a MDT to ensure effective psychosocial support, health promotion, and lifestyle management</li>
<li>Ensure implementation of a continuous, accurate and effective social care for all patients including screening, assessment, diagnosis, intervention/counselling, documentation, monitoring and evaluation</li>
<li>Adopt international standards in patient satisfaction and quality of life practices to ensure enhanced patients&rsquo; lived experiences</li>

Skills</b></div>

<li>Certified Social Worker by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)</li>

<li>Fresh Graduate, 1-2 years social care experience in a clinical setting or hospital is favorable</li>
<li>Experience in clinical specialty is favorable (renal, diabetes, hypertension)</li>
<li>Fluency in Arabic and basic English is required</li>
<li>Computer operating experience and MS Office advanced skills are required</li></ul><br>

To manage the employee relations services and related personnel administration activities by ensuring effective handling of all staff service related issues,</div>

Monitor smooth and accurate preparation of staff files, medical insurance, GOSI, leaves, travel, benefits processing, Letters etc. in accordance with established policies and procedures and Saudi Labor Law.</div><br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div>

<li>Implements the HR plans in relation to the employee relation services department to ensure execution, alignment and integration of all inter-departmental strategies across Diaverum</li>
<li>Implements, monitors and makes recommendations on all policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls related to own work area so that all of the relevant procedural/legislative requirements are met and improved while delivering a quality service to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate</li>
<li>Organizes and supervises the activities and work of a small team to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner</li>
<li>Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of the HRMS, processes and practices taking into account &lsquo;international best practice&rsquo;, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement</li>
<li>Ensures the timely and continuous update of employees&rsquo; personal files in HRMS, so as to enable the accurate management of employee data</li>
<li>Ensures that data related to leave, presence/absenteeism, sick leaves, expenses etc. is calculated and reported in an accurate and prompt manner</li>
<li>Manages and coordinates the mobilization of staff between clinics in consultation with HR director</li>
<li>Ensures the prompt and effective provisioning of employee services related to leaves, travel, insurance, GOSI, medical etc. in order to save employees&rsquo; time and cost to the company</li>
<li>Manages the analysis of all employee issues and continuously reviews the solutions implemented to ensure that more suitable one to enhance employee satisfaction and commitment is selected</li>
<li>Ensures the provision of accurate and prompt services to requested assistance and clarification by employees regarding employment HR policies and procedures etc.</li>
