 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support end-to-end HR operations at Dice Academy. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about people processes, employee engagement, and smooth HR workflow across branches.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recruitment &amp; Onboarding
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle full-cycle hiring: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with department managers for manpower planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage onboarding formalities, offer letters, documentation &amp; induction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attendance, Payroll &amp; Compliance Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor attendance and leaves through HRMS/Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee records and ensure documentation completeness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Employee Engagement &amp; Culture Building
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize employee activities, celebrations &amp; communication initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address employee queries and ensure positive work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support grievance handling with timely escalation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance Monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain data of monthly performance report from branch heads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administrative Coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain HR MIS reports &amp; trackers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support coordination for joining, exit process &amp; F&amp;F formalities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth coordination between head office &amp; branches.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Who Can Apply (Qualifications)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR (EdTech or Service Industry preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR emails, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
