Position Summary:

This in-office based role will function as part of a small Finance and Accounting team supporting multiple entities and business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task and have the ability quickly change from one priority to another.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Job requirements include, but are not limited, to:</b></div><ul><li>
Complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.</li><li>
Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments.</li><li>
Research invoices, make calls, verify payment, request additional backup, etc.</li><li>
Record sales via journal entry as needed.</li><li>
Verify and calculate extensions and totals on invoices, calculating and taking discounts when applicable.</li><li>
Check vendor files for previous payments and assign voucher numbers.</li><li>
Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.</li><li>
Appropriately charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports.</li><li>
Run and analyze accounts payable aging reports.</li><li>
Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all accounting systems.</li><li>
Audit and approve expense reports daily.</li><li>
Pays vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.</li><li>
Maintains historical data by scanning and filing documents.</li><li>
Respond to emails and tickets in timely manner; researching questions when necessary.</li><li>This is an in-office role located in Dallas, TX.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Required qualifications/skills</b></div><ul><li>
Experience with NetSuite or similar product</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or related work experience</li><li>
Strong understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping and accounting</li><li>
High level of proficiency in Excel</li><li>
Ability/willingness to work in-office located in Dallas</li></ul></div>

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day social activities, driving engagement, curating UGC, and collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality content. Content Planning &amp; Scheduling</li><li><ul><li>
Develop, organize, and manage social media calendars for multiple clients and internally.</li><li>
Create and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and YouTube.</li><li>
Manage post approvals, copywriting, and visual coordination with the creative team.<br>

Plan and execute small-scale content shoots (product, recipes, lifestyle, etc.) using lighting setups and props.</li><li>
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure on-brand visuals and messaging.<br>

Conduct daily moderation and engagement across brand channels.</li><li>
