OVERVIEW:
This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the Buyer/Senior Buyer in order to ensure a smooth operation in the buying department. Tasks include report generation, system entry, purchase order writing, style creation, sample management, and vendor follow-up.
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Organizing, collecting, distributing and submitting all advertising for the Buyer as needed. Data entry into the ad planning system, maintaining system records; results, ad changes, etc.</li><li>
Maintains reports and spreadsheets to support the business. Extracting data from our internal systems, i.e. ISVM and MAP, and manipulating it into a usable format.</li><li>
Create and maintain styles in Primo! System</li><li>
Responsible for the life-cycle of product - initial set up and entering of purchase orders into the system, adjusting as needed (cancel, extend shipping, move to future months, etc). Follow up with vendors as needed on entry of orders, receipt of merchandise, etc.</li><li>
Coordinates review of price changes with Buyers and enter ISS, permanent markdown, and Claim data into the pricing system and track whether Perms go through on the slated date.</li><li>
Work with the eCommerce team to provide appropriate images, content, etc.</li><li>
Sample management - tasks to include procurement, sample room maintenance, and submissions to advertising.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s Degree</li><li>
1-3 years of experience - Data entry, report generation, working knowledge of merchandising or retail is a plus.</li></ul>

Role Responsibilities<ul><li>
Utilize Buyers initial assortment plans to create planograms that are cluster or store specific as well as Game plans that align with corporate strategy, planograms, prototype flows and marketing. Produce written directives instructing the field organization on efficient in-store implementation of game plans and planograms. Responsible to collaborate with the Allocation Team once planograms are complete to ensure proper store inventories</li><li>
Analyze and monitor quality results of space and merchandise plans. Collaborate with Sr Floor Planners on all store/planogram assignments prior to publication to ensure all plans are accurate and executable at store level. Supervise Space Planning Analysts. Analyze SKU productivity on planograms for assigned categories and provide recommendations to the Merchants that identify potential opportunities to improve productivity of space. Actively participate in weekly Customer Business Unit and Merchant Business Review meetings by sharing productivity findings, timelines and field feedback. Become a business expert for assigned areas Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams (Buyers, Planning, Allocation, Marketing, Store Operations, Risk and LP) Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and develop knowledge</li><li>

Support floor and visual teams to ensure that merchandise and space plans are complete and accurate for new stores, remodels and prototype resets. OVERVIEW:
The Manager-HRBP serves as a strategic HR partner to leaders within the Store Experience &amp; Design organization. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, oversee employee relations, and collaborate across all levels to address issues and ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and procedures.
Business Partner<ul><li>
Act as a thought partner with the various senior leaders (VPs and Directors) along with their respective leadership teams to implement and activate HR processes to foster organizational and people effectiveness. This includes monitoring, assessing and updating org design as business needs change.</li><li>
Work closely with all Human Resource functional groups, such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning &amp; Talent Management to develop HR practices that align with the strategic needs of the business.</li><li>
Conduct root cause analysis, in partnership with leadership, to determine strengths and opportunities within each functional group as it relates to employee engagement, turnover, retention and talent development. Actively provide solutions and recommendations.</li><li>
Regularly review HR analytics to assess trends and report findings back to leadership to proactively develop strategies to capitalize on strengths and mitigate risk.</li><li>
Manage payroll budget for assigned client groups. Partner with leaders as needed to fund requests, promotions, market adjustments.</li></ul>
Employee Relations<ul><li>
Respond reactively to critical employee relations issues and concerns. Resolve issues and foster a positive employee/employer relationship by offering alternative solutions.</li><li>
Investigate employee situations including claims of harassment, policy complaints, disciplinary issues, ethics complaints and employee performance.</li><li>
Provide advice and consultation for employees on policy interpretation, EAP issues, employee conflict across all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Act as liaison between employees and core HR in terms of benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, etc.</li><li>
Foster a culture of engagement that values diversity and inclusion</li><li>
Ensure that all levels of employee are given timely information covering changes in policies and other rules/procedures and ensure fair and consistent handling of issues and complaints. Conduct group presentations as necessary.</li></ul>
Talent Management &amp; Retention<ul><li>
Facilitate the talent management process annually. This includes goal setting, talent review, performance review and check-ins.</li><li>
Manage through succession planning activities in partnership with hiring managers, recruiting and compensation. Own internal promotions, transfers and hires and terminations end to end.</li><li>
Partner with Compensation to coordinate administration of the Wage and Salary program in alignment with market conditions. Participate in annual market reviews by ensuring job descriptions are accurate, complete and reflect the needs of the role.</li><li>
Influence and coach leaders to take more accountability for talent and leadership development and to model desired behaviors.</li></ul>
Developing Talent and Teammate Engagement<ul><li>
