As a Senior Graphic Designer for Calia, you will shape the visual and strategic direction of the brand&rsquo;s digital presence, blending fashion-forward storytelling with performance-driven design. This role is central to elevating Calia&rsquo;s premium, flattering, and sophisticated aesthetic across all digital touchpoints&mdash;from paid and organic social to video and display.</h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Art Direction and Digital Creative Strategy:</h2><ul><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Develop and execute comprehensive digital creative strategies (ie: Paid Social, OLV, Organic Social, Display) that align with the company's goals and objectives.</h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Lead the creative direction for digital projects, guiding the visual style, tone, and messaging to ensure consistency and relevance across all digital channels.</h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Collaborate with photographers and art direct photoshoots to ensure the creative vision aligns with the overall digital strategy. Provide guidance on composition, lighting, styling, and visual storytelling to achieve high-quality and on-brand imagery.</h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Lead video production efforts, collaborating with videographers and directing video shoots to ensure alignment with the overall creative strategy. Be the subject matter expert on all systems and processes used within Graphic Design and share experiential knowledge with the members of the team. Participate in special projects, key initiatives, and system updates as requested by Director of Creative.</h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Mentor, train, develop and manage day-to day activities of pooled group. Encourage others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities; facilitates the implementation and acceptance of change within the organization.</h2></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Champion the athlete in all thought process, creative, design, and final products.</h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Industry Trends:</h2><ul><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Up to date with fashion trends' and 'experience in the fashion industry' preferred.

Collaborate with AI and machine learning specialists to integrate AI technology into the creative process. Leverage AI tools and platforms to assist in generating innovative and data-informed creative content, while ensuring that the output aligns with the brand's vision and objectives.</h2></li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) in Art/Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field</li><li>
5-7 years of experience delivering creative solutions from concept to final execution; strong portfolio; leader of people preferred</li></ul>

Targeted Pay Range: $67,100.00 - $109,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Purchasing and Order fulfillment<ul><li>
Write, process and modify Vendor purchase orders as needed</li><li>
Follow up with vendors as needed to ensure product availability/delivery and proper shipment</li><li>
Coordinate merchandise returns with our customers, the A.D. STARR warehouse, Vendors and sales team to maintain accurate inventory and accounting.</li><li>
Identify and resolve any issues that arise with orders. Act as a liaison between vendors/internal teams, customers and A.D. STARR teammates.</li><li>
Use &amp; edit excel spreadsheets for customer data organization and ingestion into the current Point of Sale system.</li><li>
Utilize POS system and sales tracking (Salesforce) software for order accuracy and fulfillment</li><li>
Track order progress and maintain a record of issues that arise to improve Vendor &amp; Merchant Team relationships and processes going forward</li></ul>
Softline Warehousing and Operational Support<ul><li>
Supports accurate pricing and style creation with merchant team and communicates changes to the sales team</li><li>
Assist accounting with receivables, shipping and vendor invoices</li><li>
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for some extended periods of time.</li><li>
Support entire warehouse team for fulfillment, shipping and receiving.</li><li>
Ability to operate a Warehouse Work Assist Vehicle for item picking in high reach areas.</li></ul>
Production Fulfillment<ul><li>
Decorate apparel using with heat applied techniques (heat presses) and utilize cad cut equipment for in house production.</li></ul>

QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Associate's Degree</li><li>
1-3 years experience in data and order entry, report generation, ability to maintain deadlines and a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is preferred.</li><li>

OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop Category Assortments<ul><li>
Assist the buyers in the in-depth development of merchandise assortments by category, collaborating on every aspect of the process. Sit with the buyer to go through the Merchandise Assortment Process and apply financials.</li><li>
Participate in vendor pre-line meetings to review product offerings and gain insight into vendor initiatives and strategies. Communicate effectively with vendors post pre-line to secure item level data required for seasonal setup.</li><li>
Update or create hindsight recaps for previous season to analyze results. Make recommendations on what worked/what didn't</li><li>
Research economic, financial, market, competitive and industry data to explain current business trends and anticipate new trends or big ideas</li><li>
Assist with preparation of all line review deliverables, including reporting, decks and sample management. Attend pre-season line reviews with leaders and Chief Merchant.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Manage In-Season Business<ul><li>
Update and analyze department reporting. Provide actionable recommendations to Buyer based on findings</li><li>
Assess opportunities and react to trends within the business, including identifying the underlying cause. This includes updates to advertising, pricing, assortment needs and digital strategies.</li><li>
Track vendor shipping on incoming orders, including resolving late or incomplete shipments. Communicate shifts in receipts to business partners to ensure accurate reflection in the OTB and anticipated stock levels Execute Operational Needs of the Category</li><li>
Deliver accurate execution of the tasks associated with new line delivery (style setup/creation, PO writing, etc.). This includes all omni channel and ecommerce needs.</li><li>
Review and analyze department reporting. Based on analysis, provide action plan to management for buy-in. Once approved, execute the plan accordingly</li><li>
Own the execution of the advertising strategy from Promo Planning activities to ad proof accuracy. Attend ad proofs to ensure accuracy of upcoming advertising, including pricing and copy.</li><li>
Stay current on system and reporting enhancements and changes to ensure efficiencies are maximized within Buying office.</li><li>
Manage sample acquisition and distribution; this includes procurement, sample room maintenance, and submissions to advertising.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Develop Effective Partnerships<ul><li>
Build partnerships with Planning, AR, Marketing, Store Operations and Pricing teams. Communicate changes to assortments, pricing, receipt flow and advertising as updates are made.</li><li>
Participate in market trips to stores to assess and monitor performance and customer satisfaction. Seek to gain insights from field leadership and employees.</li><li>
Ensure accurate and timely communication with the Visual team on upcoming Gameplans to gain alignment with category strategy. This includes offering product placement recommendations and communicating adjustments</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Develop Self and Others<ul><li>
Train and mentor new hires by sharing experience, knowledge and best practices.</li><li>
Establish best practices across the larger team to drive productivity and efficiencies. Participate in and act as a representative for the Buying office on cross-functional projects and focus groups as needed.</li><li>
Demonstrate passionate curiosity. Seek opportunities to learn, challenge thinking and expand category point of view through asking questions, seeking mentorship and independent research.</li></ul></li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in marketing, merchandising or business related field OR equivalent retail experience</li><li>
1-3 Years of Experience &ndash; Previously in retail, including store level, required</li><li>
Previous experience as an Assistant Buyer or Buying internship preferred</li></ul></div>
