Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst - Oracle Cloud & EBS SCM

Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory. Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and / or escalates according to established procedure. Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

</li></ul><ul><li>With guidance and / or in conjunction with more experienced technicians performs any or all of the following: Incident Handling: Utilizes diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting via detailed analysis of hardware and software failures.
</li></ul><ul><li>Performs hardware repairs on a component level.
</li></ul><ul><li>Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
</li></ul><ul><li>Configures and installs applicable software.
</li></ul><ul><li>Preventive Maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures.
</li></ul><ul><li>Refills consumables as directed.
</li></ul><ul><li>IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products.

Associate Field Service Technician

<div><p>Provides leadership and oversight for the Facilities Management group. Manages operations of the company's facilities to ensure appropriate maintenance, safety and adherence to legal, regulatory and compliance requirements. Coordinates office relocations for both small- and large-scale moves. Ensures mechanical and electrical systems are up-to-date, functional and meet the needs of business. Organizes vendor and contractor engagements in support of facilities operations and procurement.</p></div>

</li><li>Works closely with stakeholders to understand office space, equipment and general facility requirements and expectations.

</li><li>Typically has 8-10 years of experience in Facilities Operations and typically 5 years leadership experience.
</li><li>Fluent business Spanish (written and spoken); and English skills (spoken).

</b></li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
</li><li>Strong experience in delivering facilities initiatives internally and externally, leading to business improvements and cost reduction.
</li><li>Occupational safety (or local equivalent) qualifications and experience in maintaining.
