About the RoleDiet Caf&eacute; Nutrition Center, a leading healthy food and wellness brand in Doha, is seeking a dynamic and result-orientated F&amp;B Sales &amp; Operations Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across our key business segments&mdash;outside catering, monthly meal subscriptions, and slimming treatments&mdash;while ensuring operational excellence and superior client satisfaction.This role requires a hands-on individual who combines strong sales acumen with operational discipline and the ability to manage on-ground catering functions. The successful candidate will act as the link between our clients, nutrition team, kitchen, and operations department to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain new business opportunities for catering services, corporate clients, and wellness programmes.</li><li>Promote monthly meal subscriptions and slimming treatments to individual and corporate customers.</li><li>Conduct sales visits, presentations, and client consultations to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service execution.</li><li>Supervise on-site catering setups, logistics, and service standards.</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction and handle feedback or service recovery professionally.</li><li>Prepare quotations, event orders, and weekly performance reports.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and participate in promotional events.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in F&amp;B sales, catering operations, or hospitality management.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Professional appearance with a customer-orientated attitude.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours and handle on-site event supervision.</li><li>A valid Qatar driving licence is an advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Profile<ul><li>Male candidate preferred due to operational and on-site supervisory requirements.</li><li>Experience in healthy food concepts, diet meal plans, or wellness services is a strong advantage.</li><li>Energetic, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dedicated kitchen equipment maintenance technician to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of all catering and kitchen machinery within our central kitchen operations.Position OverviewThe Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of Diet Caf&eacute;&rsquo;s production facilities. This position requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining professional kitchen and catering equipment, with strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for all catering and kitchen equipment, including ovens, chillers, fryers, mixers, steamers, and other food-processing units.</li><li>Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner to prevent operational interruptions.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and spare-part inventory.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for specialized repairs and parts procurement.</li><li>Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new kitchen equipment.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and HACCP standards.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests from kitchen operations.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen or catering equipment.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.</li><li>Diploma or technical certification in mechanical/electrical/refrigeration engineering or related field.</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License &ndash; mandatory.</li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.</li><li>Good communication and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food production environments is highly preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Kitchen equipment's maintenance : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Qatar Driving license (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
