 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Systems Support Specialist provides day-to-day support for business systems across the portfolio. This role is responsible for responding to system-related requests, troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and completing system audits to ensure systems operate efficiently, accurately, and consistently.
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
 
 
 
 
 SYSTEMS SUPPORT &amp; TICKET MANAGEMENT
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide front-line systems support by responding to tickets, requests, and concerns, troubleshooting issues across multiple platforms, and escalating more complex items as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status, next steps, and resolution timelines while following established support workflows and service level expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support for general IT-related tickets that impact property operations, including user access issues, hardware and peripheral coordination, login or connectivity troubleshooting, and system integration concerns.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 SYSTEM AUDITS &amp; DATA QUALITY
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Complete regular system audits to validate data accuracy, access controls, configurations, and adherence to standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify discrepancies, risks, or gaps uncovered during audits and partner with appropriate teams to support resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document audit findings and track follow-up actions to completion.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 USER ACCESS &amp; LIFECYCLE SUPPORT
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access, permissions, and configuration tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure system access aligns with role-based permissions and internal controls.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION &amp; ADOPTION SUPPORT
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support implementations by assisting with testing, validation, and post-launch evaluation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with internal teams to support adoption and consistent use of business systems, including maintaining supporting documentation and resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to and maintain the internal knowledge base related to CRM platforms, leasing systems, and other core property management tools.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Essential Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of business systems used in property management environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to follow established processes while identifying gaps, risks, or inconsistencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear, professional communication skills with internal teams and vendor partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of hands-on experience in a multifamily PMS, help desk, or operations role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Real Page, Onesite Preferred (Entrata, AppFolio, other systems a plus.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting property management systems, ticketing platforms, and integrated third-party tools preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience performing system or data audits, quality checks, or compliance reviews preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 This job may require you to lift up to 20 pounds, such as computer or printer equipment, files, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 This position works within an office environment and will mainly be sitting at a desk and regularly utilizing a computer/keyboard and phone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technological aptitude to support virtual communications and organizational management. Reading, writing, and researching are regular components of this position.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Salary: $85000.00 - $92000.00 per year
