Accounts and Operations ExecutiveWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts &amp; Operations Executive to become a key member of our team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the smooth running of our financial and operational processes, driving efficiency and maintaining accurate records.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Accounts &amp; Operations Executive, you will:<ul><li>Manage Financial Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations and prepare financial reports using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or an equivalent system.</li><li>Optimize Business Processes: Review and enhance key internal business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.</li><li>Handle Client Accounts: Manage client accounts, including invoicing, collections, and maintaining precise and compliant transactional documentation.</li><li>Provide Operational Support: Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) effectively to support daily operations and internal reporting needs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in accounting, operations, or a similar role is highly preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) is essential. Strong command of the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite is required.</li><li>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.</li><li>Core Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a strong problem-solving ability.
