Duties and Responsibilities &ndash; Promotion Field Executive (Nagercoil)1. Institutional Visits &amp; Promotion<ul><li>Regularly visit schools, colleges, and other institutions in and around Nagercoil.</li><li>Present and promote Magic Planet and DAC programs to management, principals, and coordinators.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with educational authorities and tour operators.</li></ul>2. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Send a daily report with the contact person&rsquo;s name and contact number.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of daily visits and enquiries.</li><li>Provide weekly/monthly progress reports on activities and achievements.</li></ul>3. Marketing &amp; Awareness<ul><li>Conduct promotional activities, campaigns, and presentations to increase institutional visits.</li><li>Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and share digital content with decision-makers.</li><li>Coordinate with the central marketing team for updated promotional materials and strategies.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Representation<ul><li>Act as the permanent representative of Magic Planet in the Nagercoil region.</li><li>Support in organizing special promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.</li><li>Ensure effective communication between institutions and the head office.</li></ul>5. Targets &amp; Growth<ul><li>Achieve assigned promotion and booking targets.</li><li>Expand the institutional network by identifying new opportunities.</li><li>Assist in building long-term sustainable partnerships in the region.</li><li>Qualification &amp; Experience</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in sales, promotion, or marketing (preferably in education or institutional marketing).</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills in Tamil, English, and Malayalam (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
