 Ideal Candidate
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic and execution-driven Product Manager with a strong B2B SaaS background to lead one of Digantara&rsquo;s flagship products - a platform built for high-stakes domains such as defence and space operations.
 
 
 The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, bridges technical and business teams, and balances strategic vision with executional detail to deliver a user-focused, scalable SaaS solution.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Shape and refine the product roadmap with a strong focus on user personas, customer journeys, and competitive positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the backlog, define user stories, run sprints, and ensure timely product delivery in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify customer needs, analyse competitive offerings, and transform requirements into differentiated product features.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with business development, engineering, and operations to align product strategy with execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive end-to-end product lifecycle - from vision and scoping to pricing, GTM, adoption, and ongoing customer success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the champion of the user, ensuring product development is guided by customer-centric thinking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and implement pricing models, GTM strategy, and KPIs to measure adoption, retention, and market impact.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Educational Qualifications: Bachelor&rsquo;s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

 <li>
 Experience Range: 2&ndash;6 years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with: Agile, Scrum, sprint planning, and modern PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to: Operate independently, think strategically, and execute tactically in fast-paced environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Digantara is seeking a motivated Mechanical Intern to assist in the design and development of mechanical and opto-mechanical systems for our cutting-edge mechanical systems for ground and space-based applications. As a new graduate, you will work alongside experienced engineers to:<ul><li>
Support Design Efforts: Contribute to the design of mechanical and opto-mechanical systems, focusing on Space Surveillance Telescopes.</li><li>
Learn and Apply Simulations: Use mechanical simulations to help validate the performance of these designs.</li><li>
Collaborate and Grow: Work with a team of skilled engineers to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in mechanical engineering.</li></ul>
