Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Trial Coordinators with phlebotomy certificate and has experience in Phase 1, 2 and 3 clinical trials.. Spanish speaking is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical research, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and maintaining high standards throughout the trial process. This role is crucial for the successful execution of clinical studies, focusing on patient monitoring, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Duties<ul><li>Plan, initiate, and manage clinical trials in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.</li><li>Develop study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations throughout the trial lifecycle.</li><li>Oversee patient recruitment, monitoring, and retention strategies to ensure optimal participant engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with clinical laboratories to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.</li><li>Manage study budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project milestones.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor trial progress and address any issues that arise.</li><li>Facilitate communication between stakeholders including sponsors, investigators, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Prepare reports on trial progress for internal teams and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in clinical research management with a strong understanding of clinical trials management processes.</li><li>Knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP guidelines is essential.</li><li>Familiarity with data management practices in a clinical setting.</li><li>Experience in patient monitoring techniques within clinical trials.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.</li><li>Previous experience as a nurse or in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus.</li></ul>We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about advancing medical research through effective trial management to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Medical Specialty:<ul><li>Gastroenterology</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Rialto, CA 92377 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
