We are looking for a talented and creative Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong grasp of user-centered design who&rsquo;s ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to meaningful digital experiences. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on impactful projects across both web and mobile platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile apps.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups&mdash;independently and with senior designers.</li><li>Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to translate ideas into effective designs.</li><li>Ensure designs are responsive, polished, and aligned with UI/UX best practices.</li><li>Participate in design reviews, share ideas, and help solve design challenges within deadlines.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in Figma, including strong knowledge of Auto Layout.</li><li>Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating mockups.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing your best web and mobile design work (mandatory).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to improve designs based on feedback.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Monthly salary: Rs. 50,000</li><li>A dynamic, fast-paced work environment where your ideas matter</li><li>Opportunities for mentorship and growth</li><li>Exposure to diverse and challenging design projects</li></ul>Work Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM (Monday to Friday)How to Apply: If you&rsquo;re ready to take the next step in your design career, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
