Client Servicing Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand &amp; Campaign Execution<ul><li>Support planning and execution of pharma brand activities such as prescription drives, POB drives, camps, and digital initiatives</li><li>Assist in coordinating monthly and quarterly brand plans</li><li>Ensure timely execution of brand activities with internal teams</li></ul>Client Meetings &amp; Brand Presentations<ul><li>Participate in client meetings with pharma brand and marketing teams</li><li>Assist in preparing brand presentations, pitch decks, and campaign walkthroughs</li><li>Help document client feedback, changes, and action points</li><li>Support senior team members during brand reviews, idea discussions, and demos</li></ul>Content &amp; Digital Initiatives<ul><li>Assist in conceptualizing digital brand initiatives (apps, games, WhatsApp tools, videos, posters, PDFs)</li><li>Review content for brand accuracy, messaging consistency, and compliance</li><li>Coordinate with creative and tech teams for execution</li></ul>Doctor &amp; Field Force Engagement<ul><li>Support development of doctor engagement and in-clinic activities</li><li>Understand medical representative workflows and align brand activities accordingly</li><li>Assist in tracking engagement and basic performance metrics</li></ul>Market &amp; Brand Understanding<ul><li>Conduct research on therapy areas, competitors, and brand communication</li><li>Track market trends and digital innovations in pharma marketing</li><li>Assist in creating brand reports, summaries, and post-campaign learnings</li></ul>What You Will Learn<ul><li>Exposure to real pharma client interactions and decision-making</li><li>How to present and defend brand ideas to clients</li><li>Conversion of brand strategy into digital and field-level execution</li><li>Basics of UCPMP-compliant communication</li><li>Working in cross-functional, client-facing teams</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Skills<ul><li>MBA / MMS / PGDM student (Marketing / Pharma preferred)</li><li>Strong interest in pharmaceutical brand management</li><li>Good presentation and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation</li><li>Confident, observant, and willing to learn in client environments</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
