About the RoleWe are seeking a Receptionist &amp; Admin Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to handle both front-desk duties and office administration.Key Responsibilities Front Office / Reception Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming attitude.</li><li>Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls; take accurate messages when required.</li><li>Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and couriers.</li><li>Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and provide information as needed.</li></ul>Administrative Support Duties<ul><li>Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.</li><li>Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate purchase requests.</li><li>Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.</li><li>Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.</li><li>Support HR/Admin in onboarding new employees (documentation, ID cards, desk setup, etc.).</li><li>Help in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Admin Assistant.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.</li><li>Qualification: Graduate (preferred) or equivalent.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Growth opportunities in Administration and HR functions.</li></ul>How To Apply: Please share your cv at 9996689419Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
