Job Summary</b><b>:</b></p><div>
The <i>Research Analyst</i> will conduct desktop-based background and social media research in support of investigations into insurance and other forms of fraud. The <i>Research Analyst</i> will be responsible for completing background and social media reports, ordering services from partner vendors, updating clients on red-flags uncovered during the course of the investigation, and delivering results to management and coworkers in a timely manner.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities</b><b>:</b></div><ul><li>Complete well-written and in-depth reports on background and social media data findings within 3 business days of order</li><li>Maintain an overall average of 85% or higher on all qualitative and production metrics on QBR during the review period</li><li>Track and maintain billing for services</li><li>Work under deadlines and multitask</li><li>Familiarity and comfort with navigating ambiguity as well as a basic understanding of the workers' compensation system or desire to learn the system</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and distill large amounts of information from social networking profiles and online forms and articles, and apply it to an investigation</li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of information</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple research reports at once while maintaining work quality and turnaround time while communicating effectively with Intel supervisor</li><li>Other duties may be added from time to time</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements</b><b>:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, History, Political Science or other writing intensive major required</li><li>Familiarity and comfort with navigating ambiguity as well as a basic understanding of the workers' compensation system or desire to learn the system</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and distill large amounts of information from social networking profiles and online forms and articles, and apply it to an investigation</li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of information</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple research reports at once while maintaining work quality and turnaround time while communicating effectively with Intel supervisor</li><li>Ability to navigate and use social networking websites, search engines, social networking aggregators, and various investigative platforms to find and render what is often very specific information</li><li>Strong communication both orally and particularly in written form</li><li>Must be able to type 40+ words per minute with accuracy</li><li>Use work time effectively and efficiently and concentrates primary efforts on the most important priorities</li><li>Marshal resources to get things done</li><li>Use resources effectively and efficiently</li><li>Recognize important information in cases and presents it in a useful manner</li><li>Pick up on technical things quickly and can learn new skills and knowledge</li><li>Be flexible, as the kind of information we look for and how we present it can sometimes change significantly over a short period of time</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>

Reports submitted to the client 72 business hours after order. Court records, if applicable, are forwarded to the client immediately upon receipt.</li></ul></div><br>

Ability to Work Under Minimal Supervision</li></ul><ul><li><i>
Research Analyst</i> must be able to independently manage his/her caseload in an organized fashion while communicating important aspects to the Intel Manager.</li><li>
Must be able to prioritize &ldquo;rush&rdquo; cases in an appropriate manner.</li><li>
Must be able to research and write reports as well as stay on top of report updates, upsells &amp; workups, and the development of online communications and technology.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div><br>

As a Surveillance Investigator, your mission is to engage in undercover vehicle and foot pursuit of Subjects to gather as much video evidence of their day-to-day activities as possible.</p><p>
Each day will be different. One day you could film someone at the gym, the next you could be following a person to a concert.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll be in the field on your own, with regular communication with your team leader on setup positions, Subject activity, and tactics.</p><p>
You won&rsquo;t be reporting to an office or dealing with micro-management. Your surveillance vehicle is entrusted to you and is kept at your residence on a daily basis. Travel to and from assignments will begin and end at your residence.<br>
