NetSuite Functional Consultant (Remote)Job Type: Full-time / Contract (Remote) Location: Remote (US time zone preferred) Department: ERP / NetSuite ConsultingAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to support new implementations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization for our clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on functional expertise across core NetSuite modules and can translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, provide best-practice recommendations, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery in a remote consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation &amp; Configuration<ul><li>Lead or support full-cycle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</li><li>Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, CRM, and others as needed.</li><li>Customize workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, forms, and reports.</li></ul>Business Analysis &amp; Client Consultation<ul><li>Conduct workshops to understand business processes and identify system gaps.</li><li>Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and automations.</li><li>Recommend NetSuite best practices to improve operational efficiency.</li></ul>Support &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely support to end users.</li><li>Perform data migration, data validation, and system clean-up activities.</li><li>Assist in training and knowledge transfer for client teams.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work with technical teams (developers, integrators) on custom scripts, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, and third-party integrations.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to track progress and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including configuration and workflows.</li><li>Experience with Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Inventory Management.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.</li><li>Experience with documentation: BRDs, functional specs, UAT scripts, SOPs.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to lead client-facing discussions.</li><li>Proven experience working in a remote consulting environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification.</li><li>Experience in SuiteSuccess implementations.</li><li>Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or integration tools (Celigo, Boomi, etc.).</li><li>Industry experience in eCommerce, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Retail.</li></ul>Contract/Work Details<ul><li>Remote work with flexible hours depending on client needs.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience (full-time or 1099 contractor options available).</li><li>Opportunity to work with multiple clients and diverse NetSuite environments.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>100% remote work environment</li><li>Collaborative and high-growth consulting team</li><li>Exposure to cross-industry NetSuite projects</li><li>Long-term project opportunities and professional development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
