You&rsquo;ll be the creative brain behind our social presence &mdash; planning content, coordinating shoots, hopping in front of the camera when needed, and making sure every post connects with the audience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan monthly content calendars and social media campaigns</li><li>Ideate and execute trending reels, stories, and brand content</li><li>Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams for shoots</li><li>Be comfortable acting or modeling in short videos when needed</li><li>Write engaging captions and manage posting schedules</li><li>Analyze insights and track performance across platforms</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2-4 years of experience managing brand or agency social media</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube trends</li><li>Confident on camera with good communication &amp; presentation skills</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Basic knowledge of photo/video shoots and social media analytics</li></ul>Bonus Skills:<ul><li>Experience in content scripting or copywriting</li><li>Basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, or CapCut)</li><li>Familiarity with influencer collaboration</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
