Preferred - MALE, 2 Wheeler is MandatoryWe are seeking an L1 Technical Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support for end users. The role involves onsite troubleshooting of PCs, operating systems, and basic IT infrastructure, with travel to client locationsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic network issues</li><li>Perform onsite troubleshooting and issue resolution for hardware and software problems</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and peripherals</li><li>Support Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and basic OS configurations</li><li>Diagnose and resolve issues related to: (System boot failures, Software installations and updates, User access and password resets, Basic network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi),</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams with proper documentation</li><li>Maintain service tickets, incident logs, and asset records</li><li>Provide basic user training and guidance on IT systems</li><li>Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and SLAs</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma, ITI, BE, B.Tech</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role</li></ul>Vehicle Requirement:<ul><li>Must possess a valid driving license</li><li>Willingness to travel to multiple onsite locations as required</li><li>Travel to client locations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
