Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create engaging designs for social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing creatives</li><li>Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives</li><li>Work closely with content writers, social media executives, and marketing teams</li><li>Design creatives for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns</li><li>Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts as required</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all design deliverables</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently</li><li>Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely manner</li><li>Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign</li><li>Understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Experience designing for digital marketing and social media platforms</li><li>Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute them visually</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Good to Have):<ul><li>Experience in agency or digital marketing environment</li><li>Knowledge of printing standards and formats</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
