We create high-quality content for global audiences and manage social media channels across multiple markets.We are now hiring a Social Media Manager (Hindi + English) to join our remote team.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for creating, publishing and managing social media content in Hindi and English, working directly with our UK team. Your work will support our clients in the hospitality and lifestyle sector.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and publish daily content in Hindi and English (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).</li><li>Write captions, scripts and short-form content adapted to Indian digital trends.</li><li>Edit basic videos (Reels, TikTok) and prepare visual content.</li><li>Monitor comments, engage with the community and support growth strategies.</li><li>Track trends, hashtags and weekly social media developments in India.</li><li>Report performance and propose creative ideas.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Native-level Hindi and excellent written English.</li><li>Strong understanding of Indian digital culture, tone and social media habits.</li><li>Ability to write engaging content for Indian audiences.</li><li>Good skills on Instagram Reels and TikTok formats.</li><li>Basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut or similar).</li><li>Organised, creative and proactive.</li></ul>Preferred Educational Background (not mandatory)Candidates from the following recognised Indian digital and communication institutes will be considered as strong applicants:<ul><li>MICA &ndash; Mudra Institute of Communications (Ahmedabad)</li><li>IIM Skills &ndash; Digital Marketing Master Program</li><li>NIIT &ndash; Digital Marketing &amp; Branding</li><li>UpGrad x MICA &ndash; Certificate in Digital Marketing</li><li>IIDE &ndash; Indian Institute of Digital Education (Mumbai)</li><li>Manipal ProLearn &ndash; Digital Marketing</li><li>Symbiosis Institute of Media &amp; Communication (SIMC Pune)</li><li>St. Xavier&rsquo;s College (Mumbai) &ndash; Mass Media</li></ul>These are reference points, not requirements.What We Offer<ul><li>Full-time remote position based in India</li><li>Salary: 25,000 to 37,500 INR per month depending on experience</li><li>Work directly with an international UK team</li><li>Long-term position with stable growth opportunities</li><li>Creative and modern working environment</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your CV and a short portfolio with:<ul><li>social media posts you created,</li><li>videos or reels you edited,</li><li>examples of previous digital content work.</li></ul>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per month
