Main Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution 
<ul><li>
Align the project scope, plan, and objectives with the team according to the client's requirements.</li><li>
Ensure all necessary resources are allocated efficiently to meet project objectives.</li><li>
Assist in developing budgets, proposals, and ideas based on the scope of work and resource requirements.</li><li>
Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution process.</li><li>
Creating comprehensive events Presentation + presented to the Clients 
</li></ul>
Client and Stakeholder Management 
<ul><li>
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress, adjustments, and key milestones.</li><li>
Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.</li><li>
Share quotations, secure approvals and PO's, issue invoices and ensure collection is made. 
</li></ul>
Collaboration and Teamwork 
<ul><li>
Work closely with internal teams &ldquo;Creative &amp; Ops.&rdquo;and stakeholders to ensure the success of each project or event.</li><li>
Foster strong working relationships to streamline communication and coordination.</li></ul></li></ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in, business, Marketing or a related field</li><li>
2-4 years of project management and events management</li><li>
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle</li><li>
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline</li><li>
Team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company</li><li>
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills</li><li>
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills</li></ul></div>
