We are seeking an experienced Mobile Developer (Flutter) to build high-quality, scalable, and intuitive</div><div>

programs, wallet systems, and real-time updates.</div><ul><li>Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, QR scanning, and secure authentication flows.</li><li>Implement effective state management solutions and offline-first architectures.</li><li>Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.</li><li>Ensure high-quality UI/UX with pixel-perfect implementation aligned with design guidelines.</li><li>Work closely with backend, design, and product teams to translate requirements into technical</li></ul><div>
specifications.</div><ul><li>Build secure mobile payment flows, tokenization, and in-app analytics integrations.</li><li>Manage app deployment processes for both Play Store and App Store, including versioning and</li></ul><div>
release cycles.</div><ul><li>Stay updated on mobile development trends, frameworks, and best practices.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
To be successful in this role, you should possess:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><br>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 5&ndash;7 years of experience in mobile app development with strong hands-on</li></ul><div>
experience in Flutter.</div><ul><li>Strong experience in cross-platform development covering iOS and Android.</li><li>Expertise in building flows such as ordering, cart/checkout, loyalty, wallet, and real-time</li></ul><div>
interactions.</div><ul><li>Proficiency in integrating REST APIs, push notifications, secure authentication, and QR scanning.</li><li>Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), offline-first patterns,</li></ul><div>

6-8 years of hands-on and proven experience in a mid-sized software services organization in a business development/inside sales role.</li><li>
Expertise in clinching offshore software development and operations projects from the US, EU, Middle-East markets.</li><li>
Expertise with various industry verticals like Conversational AI, Machine Learning/NLP, HealthTech, Energy/Utilities, FinTech, Retail, IoT, Ad Operations, Influencer Marketing, Data Operations/Annotation and more.</li><li>
Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals with multi million dollar TCO and achieve annual sales targets of at least $2-5M</li><li>
Have experience using Linkedin Sales Navigator, HubSpot or other similar CRM applications.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Please be ready to show us a portfolio of some sample work done.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional interpersonal skills.</li><li>
