Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our Graduate Trainee Program, an excellent opportunity for recent graduates aiming to start their careers in Business Process Optimization, CRM and Marketing Automation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, and logical reasoning skills. You will receive extensive training in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and industry best practices to develop into a full-fledged Business Analyst.Key Responsibilities:1. Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Assist in gathering and analyzing CRM and marketing data.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations for business decisions.</li><li>Identify trends and insights from data.</li></ul>2. Requirement Gathering &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.</li><li>Maintain documentation such as business requirements and process flows.</li></ul>3. CRM &amp; Marketing Automation Support:<ul><li>Learn and assist in CRM and marketing automation configuration.</li><li>Support end-users and participate in testing new system features.</li></ul>4. Process Improvement:<ul><li>Analyze and recommend improvements for business processes.</li><li>Assist in creating process documentation and training materials.</li></ul>5. Client Interaction &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Build relationships with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Assist in client meetings and communicate project updates.</li></ul>6.
