We&rsquo;re looking for a dedicated and confident Female CRM Executive to join our team in Sialkot. If you&rsquo;re good at communication and know how to handle customers professionally, this role is for you.Who we need:<ul><li>Female candidate (on-site role in Sialkot)</li><li>Good English communication (written + spoken)</li><li>6 months to 2 years of CRM / customer support experience preferred</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Handle customer queries through email, chat, and social media</li><li>Respond to customers in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Manage complaints, refunds, and order-related issues</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, marketing)</li><li>Maintain proper records of customer interactions</li><li>Follow up with customers when required</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth communication</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Strong English communication skills</li><li>Basic understanding of eCommerce (Shopify, Amazon, etc. is a plus)</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and patience while dealing with customers</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple conversations</li><li>Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, email handling, etc.)</li></ul>Salary &amp; benefits:<ul><li>Starting from PKR 35,000/month</li><li>Salary will increase based on experience and performance</li></ul>Job details:<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>On-site in Sialkot</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
