<div><div>In this role, you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to dive into the digital space by supporting our Brand Partnerships team. You&rsquo;ll play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies for diverse industries including fashion, beauty, beverage, automotive, food, and consumer goods. If you&rsquo;re passionate about influencer marketing and eager to collaborate with brands and agencies to create successful campaigns, this is the ideal opportunity. We&rsquo;re looking for candidates with a strong grasp of influencer marketing and experience in digital talent.</div><div></div><div><br>
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 B.O.E.</div></div>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>

Assist in campaign coordination, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to ensure client satisfaction and the seamless execution of a high volume of campaigns.</li><li>
Update creative materials for external and internal use.</li><li>
Prepare and submit proposals and reports for influencer campaigns.</li><li>
Manage schedule and calendar for supervisors including communication with high level executives and scheduling meetings and calls.</li><li>
Accurately input and submit invoices for the Finance department.</li><li>
Greet and welcome clients and guests with the utmost professionalism, directing incoming calls accordingly.</li><li>
Fulfill additional responsibilities as required.</li></ul><div><b>

Required Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
2-4 years of relevant administrative experience in fields such as Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, or Marketing.</li><li>
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills for effective presentations.</li><li>
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse personalities and adapt to various behaviors.</li><li>
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload.</li><li>
Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized work style.</li><li>
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.</li><li>
A strong passion for social media and an interest in developing talent relationships.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
Previous experience in a talent/influencer agency or digital marketing.</li><li>
Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.</li><li>
Familiarity with Google Analytics.</li><li>
QuickBase experience.</li><li>
Familiarity with traffic analysis tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Social Rank).</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Box, Google Suite, Zoom, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, Canva, and other relevant tools and technology.</li></ul><div><b>
