<div><div>This role is a critical part of DBA&rsquo;s brand partnerships team, with a specialized focus on the <b>beauty vertical</b>. You will be responsible for developing, pitching, and securing influencer marketing opportunities that connect leading beauty brands with DBA&rsquo;s exclusive roster of talent and content creators. The position requires deep knowledge of the beauty industry, strong client relationships, and the ability to craft innovative programs that drive both revenue and cultural impact.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Salary:</b> $130,000.00 - $185,000.00 annually B.O.E.</div></div>

Serve as a business partner and category specialist, representing DBA talent and developing beauty-focused digital and mixed media solutions.</li><li>
Conceptualize, develop, and pitch unique brand programs using DBA&rsquo;s roster of influencers and creators.</li><li>
Proactively identify new business prospects with a concentration in the <b>beauty and personal care categories</b>, while also supporting cross-vertical growth.</li><li>
Leverage existing brand and agency relationships to secure new partnerships and drive revenue.</li><li>
Respond to inbound RFPs with creativity and precision.</li><li>
Define project KPIs, objectives, and success metrics to ensure campaign excellence.</li><li>
Build proactive category packages to expand DBA&rsquo;s footprint in beauty.</li><li>
Represent talent during deal negotiations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure favorable outcomes.</li><li>
Oversee projects from inception through completion, supported by coordinators and team members.</li><li>
Collaborate with leadership (CEO, SVP Brand Partnerships) on strategic growth in the beauty vertical.</li></ul><div><b>

Supervisory responsibilities</b></div><div>
Direct supervision of one or more employees at the Coordinator or Manager level (as applicable).</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Travel Required:</b></div><div>
Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, and team gatherings.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
7+ years of experience in digital sales, influencer marketing, or business development, with a strong emphasis on <b>beauty, personal care, or related consumer sectors</b>.</li><li>
Existing network of relationships with beauty brands, agencies, and media partners.</li><li>
Proven experience developing, pitching, and closing deals with influencers or digital creators.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and respond effectively to RFPs.</li><li>
Track record of establishing and exceeding performance objectives.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of online media, social platforms, and beauty/culture trends.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative skills.</li><li>
Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative culture.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
Proficiency in major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.</li><li>
Familiarity with beauty marketing metrics, analytics tools, and influencer platforms (CreatorIQ, Social Rank, etc.).</li><li>
Experience with CRM and workflow tools such as QuickBase, Slack, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.</li><li>
Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media measurement.</li><li>
Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe, and other content platforms.</li></ul><div><b>
