This is a leadership role that combines vision, strategy, and execution. You will guide a talented team of designers and video producers to ensure every campaign is visually powerful, brand focused, and performance driven.What you will do&bull; Lead creative direction for client campaigns from concept to launch&bull; Guide and mentor our design and video production teams&bull; Translate client briefs into impactful and engaging campaigns&bull; Oversee development of social media creatives, ad videos, reels, and brand content&bull; Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to align creativity with strategy&bull; Stay updated on design trends and digital innovations locally and globally&bull; Maintain brand consistency while tailoring content to each client&rsquo;s identityWhat we are looking for&bull; A creative thinker with proven experience leading and managing creative teams&bull; A strong portfolio showcasing both static and video content for brands&bull; Agency experience in marketing, advertising, or content creation&bull; Working knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (you do not need to design daily, but you should know how to guide and evaluate)&bull; Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills&bull; Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with focus and confidenceWhy join Digital DirAction&bull; Be part of a growing agency where creativity meets performance&bull; Work on bold ideas and bring them to life&bull; Lead creative direction across multiple industries and brands&bull; Grow with us, with the opportunity to move into a Head of Creative role as the agency expandsJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
