 Role Overview
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence through data analysis, workflow optimization, and process improvement. The role involves analyzing business processes, financial data, and operational performance to generate actionable insights for stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, support informed decision-making, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The role also requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and regular reporting on key performance metrics.
 
 
 This is an internal execution role, not client-facing. The value of this role is measured in execution quality, predictability, and operational leverage.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 GTM &amp; Operating Model Execution
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Support the COO in operationalising MBK Globals GTM and operating models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure defined execution steps, workflows, and control points are properly supported.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track execution across the full lifecycle (partner onboarding engagement delivery scaling).
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify execution gaps, delays, or misalignments and escalate early with recommendations.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Cross-Functional &amp; JV Coordination
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate across internal functions (Operations, Finance, IT, Commercial, Shared Services).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support alignment between MBK Global and JV execution teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth operational hand-offs across functions and geographies (Qatar Pakistan).
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Performance Tracking, KPIs &amp; Reporting
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain operational trackers, execution logs, and KPI dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports for the COO covering: 1. execution status, 2. risks and bottlenecks, 3. corrective actions and priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enable fact-based operational decision-making.

 Process Discipline &amp; Continuous Improvement
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Help document, maintain, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ISO-aligned quality and process management practices (where applicable).
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, or improve execution workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support rollout of improved processes as MBK Global scales.

 Operational Readiness &amp; Scale Enablement

 Support onboarding of new joint ventures, partners, or initiatives into the operating model.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help ensure operational readiness before execution commitments are made.
 </li>

 Maintain organised, audit-ready operational documentation.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 5&ndash;7 years of relevant experience in operations, execution, PMO, or delivery-focused roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in multinational enterprises or complex operating models involving multiple functions, geographies, or joint ventures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with energy, industrial, technology, or professional services sectors is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in operations analysis or project management is advantageous.

 Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends and insights.
