<ul><li>Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products through described policy and system of the company.</li><li>Using, maintaining, and reconciling sales through ERP and accounts department&rsquo;s SOP&rsquo;s.</li><li>Ensuring stock availability and health in line with the SOPs of accounts and warehouse</li><li>Ensuring smooth flow of cash in line with accounts SOPs</li><li>Liaising with the warehouse for goods and services depending on the requirement in line with direction and SOP&rsquo;s defined by the management.</li><li>Reaching the targets and goals set for your area in line with the sales management.</li><li>Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base in line with the management.</li><li>Servicing the needs of your existing customers.</li><li>Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.</li><li>Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.</li><li>Compiling and analyzing sales figures.</li><li>Collecting customer feedback and market research.</li><li>Reporting to senior manager.</li><li>Keeping up to date with products and competitors.</li><li>Working on ERP and other sales SOPs and informing the Management in case of any discrepancy or irregularity.</li><li>Recovering sales payments.</li><li>Substituting Showroom Manager whenever the company requires.</li><li>Correspondence with Reseller/S&amp;I for Sales and Recovery.</li><li>Pricing via emails &amp; over call as per Sales SOP</li><li>Multiple outdoor visits in a week to generate more sales.</li><li>Managing Invoices through ERP software</li><li>Any other task assigned by the management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>counter sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
