We are looking for a proactive and result-driven <b>Talent Acquisition Executive</b> with at least <b>2 years of experience</b> in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing and hiring through multiple platforms, especially <b>LinkedIn (with a proven professional presence and followers)</b>, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.<br>
</li><li>
Proactively source candidates using <b>LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional/job portals</b>.<br>
</li><li>
Leverage LinkedIn connections and network to build strong talent pipelines.<br>
</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.<br>
</li><li>
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and dashboards.<br>
</li><li>
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).<br>
</li><li><b>
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.</b><br>
</li><li><b>
Strong LinkedIn presence with professional followers</b> (mandatory).<br>
</li><li>
Familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS (Zoho Recruit experience is a plus).<br>
</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>
</li><li>
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<br>
</li><li>
