Position Overview: The HR Intern will provide support to the Human Resources department by assisting with various tasks and projects. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in HR functions and processes within a dynamic organizational setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment Support:</li><li>Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.</li><li>Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Assist in coordinating recruitment events and job fairs.</li><li>Employee Onboarding:</li><li>Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding logistics.</li><li>Coordinate orientation schedules and materials.</li><li>Assist in conducting new hire orientations and ensuring a smooth integration process.</li><li>HR Administration:</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and databases.</li><li>Assist in managing HR-related inquiries from employees.</li><li>Support with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.</li><li>Help with data entry and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System).</li><li>Training and Development:</li><li>Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.</li><li>Coordinate training logistics and communicate with trainers and participants.</li><li>Assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records.</li><li>HR Projects:</li><li>Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned.</li><li>Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives.</li><li>Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Previous internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.</li></ul>Duration and Schedule:<ul><li>This is a [full-time] internship position.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Schedule: [9:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday]</li></ul>Note: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role.
