Our team works across social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, and content creation &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive, who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories.This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on campaign executionKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google Ads(Facebook &amp; Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.</li><li>Develop and manage PPC, display, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization.</li><li>Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.).</li><li>Analyze performance data and prepare actionable reports for internal and client review.</li><li>Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives.</li><li>Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, landing pages, and audience sets.</li><li>Manage campaign budgets, and ensure efficient utilization for maximum ROI.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, ad policies, and platform algorithm updates.</li><li>Support senior marketers in client communication and strategy presentations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred).</li><li>Experience in creating and managing ads for coaches or consultancy professionals.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.</li><li>Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of funnel marketing, audience behavior, and ad attribution.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.</li><li>Experience in LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or Programmatic Platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with automation tools.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO and CRO fundamentals.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
