The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.</li><li>Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new employees.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers.</li><li>Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records.</li><li>Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.</li><li>Handle queries related to attendance, leaves, and timings.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documents (offers, appointment letters, etc.).</li><li>Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.</li><li>Support implementation of company policies and ensure compliance.</li><li>Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.</li><li>Conduct regular feedback sessions and assist in grievance handling.</li><li>Ensure healthy communication between employees and management.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports.</li><li>Support HR audits and maintain HR data accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate with finance for salary processing and other HR-related payments.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software ( Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>Preferred Qualities:<ul><li>A people-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,856.73 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
