We are looking for a dedicated Female Customer Support Moderator ( Remote ) to manage and respond to customer inquiries through our official WhatsApp numbers for a luxury spa in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, provide service information, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on WhatsApp.</li><li>Provide accurate information about spa services, packages, prices, and availability.</li><li>Handle booking requests and schedule appointments through our CRM system.</li><li>Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and answer additional questions.</li><li>Maintain excellent communication standards and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with the spa team to coordinate bookings and resolve any issues.</li><li>Keep records updated and ensure CRM entries are accurate.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidates only (as per spa requirements).</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work a 12-hour shift.</li><li>Good typing speed and ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.</li><li>Professional, polite, and customer-oriented personality.</li><li>Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems (training provided).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>
