Digital Prayas is a full-service digital agency dedicated to empowering businesses through innovation and creativity.We specialize in Digital Marketing, Website Design &amp; Development, App Development, Web-based Software Development, and Performance Marketing.Our expertise covers PPC Advertising, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Graphics Designing, and Video Branding.At Digital Prayas, we blend strategy, creativity, and technology to help brands grow, perform, and lead in their industries.Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designerr to design visually engaging graphics for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visuals.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design<ul><li>Design and develop creatives for branding, social media, ads, websites, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations.</li><li>Maintain brand identity and design consistency across all platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create impactful ad creatives and campaign visuals.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-based platforms (Canva, Envato, etc.) to speed up creative production.</li><li>Ensure high-quality output optimized for digital and print formats.</li></ul>Video Editing ( Optional )<ul><li>Edit promotional videos, reels, explainers, ads, and YouTube content.</li><li>Add music, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.</li><li>Create motion graphics and simple animations using After Effects or similar tools.</li><li>Work on AI voice generation and script-based video production.</li><li>Maintain creative storytelling, pacing, and high visual quality.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Expertise<ul><li>Creative and out-of-the-box design thinking.</li><li>Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Canva (plus).</li><li>Understanding of marketing, branding, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.</li><li>Basic knowledge of AI tools for creative automation is preferred.</li><li>Strong typography skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or Video Editor (agency experience preferred).</li><li>Must have a strong portfolio showcasing creative work in both design and video.</li><li>Nagpur-based candidates preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience (₹10,000 &ndash; ₹15,000/month).</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse digital and branding projects.</li><li>A creative and collaborative work culture that values innovation.</li><li>Continuous learning and exposure to the latest tools and trends in the digital world.</li></ul>Apply Only Male CandidateJoin Digital Prayas and be part of a creative team that turns ideas into powerful digital experiences.Location: Nagpur, MaharashtraNote: Only male candidate and Immediate joiner can applyJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>If you are selected, when will you be able to join?</li><li>Do you have hands-on experience with Photoshop, CorelDRAW and Illustrator?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic Designing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Omkar Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
